Barbara Kelso is a writer, mother, and master of creature containment. With a professional background in social services and research; she survived working in Human Resources and Quality Assurance. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her neurodiverse family and coddled felines. A graduate of Psychology from the University of Oregon, she details her adventures in life and parenting her two autistic children at Kelso Kids: Pooflinger Paparazzi and Politely Defiant.
